Standard Diagonal Cutting Nippers

Bonded vinyl-coated handle. Double polished head and joint. Induction hardened cutting edges. Designed to give added strength at the point yet still fit into confined spaces. The cutting edge is offset at a slight angle to the handles to allow close cuts to a flat surface.
